What sets the Executive Mastamind Programme apart?

The EMMP offers you FOUR weekend workshops through the year, two months apart.  Between the workshops, we set you up with your own "Mastamind Team" with whom you meet fortnightly, for support, inspiration and hands-on help.   Below, you will see what we give you in the weekend workshops, in the "TOOLKIT" table.  However, more than the tools supplied, we give you a framework and a support network that is unlike anything around.  We give you access to all the resources, techniques and strategies that you could need for your goals to become your current reality.

The workshops and the team meetings are spaced at such an interval that reinforces your learning, through our "Accelerated learning Strategies".  You will remember what we do, for years!  The methods we use to teach those strategies use NLP and Accelerated Learning within the workshops.  The strategies we give you are sound, tested in the market place, in businesses just like you work in, on goals just like yours, with people just like you.  And they worked!\

However, it goes further.  As soon as you enrol, you become a coaching client for Ray Jamieson, until the workshops begin, usually after Easter each year.  The coaching is provided within your workshop program, at no extra charge, for each person who continues with the program.

After the workshop completes, you will probably continue to meet with your team - some have gone on for years.  Regardless, all it will cost you to access the resources of Ray Jamieson from then on is a phonecall!  Our clients have unlimited, ongoing support from the EMMP, there is no other end of the program, and no further cost.  This is truly support like you have never experienced before!

The Executive Mastamind Programme was designed for the person wanting to take their lives and businesses to the next level.  It acknowledges that change occurs over time, with four weekend workshops, two months apart.  It provides fortnightly team meetings while the workshops are running, and unlimited, ongoing coaching for the participants from Ray Jamieson, the program facilitator.

 

What does the program cover?

 

The wealth of professional resources behind the program enables us to take almost any goal that a client may have, and facilitate the achievement of that goal with those professional resources, and the strategies and support through the program.  Specifically this could include:

 

  • Financial planning, coaching and strategies.  Ray is a qualified financial planner within a financial planning organisation for your specific financial advice.
  • Legal education and support.  We have a lawyer presenting segments of the program to teach business structures and strategies for asset protection, intellectual property protection and all matter legal.  This person is also available for private consultations for clients.
  • Business strategy and coaching.  Mostly handled by Ray Jamieson, unless specific legal, financial or taxation advice is required, in which case the query is referred to the relevant and qualified professional to handle.
  • Health and lifestyle, stress management.  We have visiting professionals teach and demonstrate the relevance and importance of health and fitness, in the overall picture of a successful life and business, and ongoing success maintenance.
  • Personal development.  An essential part of life and business success is the development and maintenance of a positive and clear mental state and attitude.  We provide strategies throughout to enable our clients to move beyond obstacles with positive strategies and internally motivated personal management skills.
  • Communication Skills.  Essential to life and business, we have ongoing sessions on highly evolved business and life communication skills, in the areas of interpersonal skills, negotiation, sales and conflict resolution.
  • Problem solving.  Life isn’t straightforward and when problems occur, we have a model to apply that will enable a range of solutions to be found quickly.
  • Time Management and elimination of time wasters.  We provide well-developed strategies and specific structures and tools to enable effective and efficient time utilisation life changes to occur and be maintained.
  • Goal setting strategies and techniques.  Each person is motivated by the goals that excite them.  We provide brilliant goal setting techniques, and the coaching and ongoing support that ensure that the achievement of those goals is ensured.

 

There is more.  However, these principles provide the framework within which our clients achieve their successes.  The tools in the EMMP Toolkit are some of the specific resources provided.  However, one of the most powerful resources is the team support available for other people in the program, and the personal coaching and support which continues after the program is complete for the year.  Graduates have ongoing access and support from Ray Jamieson as required in the years following the program.
