invites you to enter a simple survey and competition to WIN a FREE Gold Coast holiday for two people. All you need to
do, if you qualify, is to fully complete the survey form below and submit your entry. How easy could it be?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you submit your entry, you will be contacted by Executive Mastermind, and Ray Jamieson
will share an hour of wisdom and strategies with you on the phone or over Skype, if you have Skype set up on your computer.
We recommend Skype, as it allows you face to face visual contact with the person you are speaking to, an added dimension for
a coaching session and could be most valuable for you.
In your coaching session, Ray will discuss your business
and financial situation with you and offer suggestions as appropriate.
After your interview, your entry will
be placed in the draw for the 2 night Gold Coast holiday.
WHAT DO YOU WIN?
Your free one hour session
is the starting point, all entrants receive this, so everyone is a winner, no matter what!
You also have the opportunity
to be one of two winners for the Gold Coast Holiday, drawn every 16 weeks. One will be a random entry drawn from
a barrel, and the other will be a judged entry, based on the quality of your submission, considering your dreams, goals, ambitions
and potential for success.
The prizes are the same for each winning entry.
Prize Draws will be in MARCH,
JULY and NOVEMBER through the year. Winners will be notified by Registered mail to the address they provide, and by
phone. Their first names and photos will be displayed here and if they choose, their stories can be told here too!
Winners will receive a free direct flight to the Gold Coast from the nearest Australian airport
that has direct Gold Coast connections.
On arrival, you receive a hire car free for two days.
You will
be given quality accommodation for two people, for two nights on the Gold Coast. You will drive yourself, in your
hire car, a short distance along the Gold Coast Highway to the Broadbeach area in the centre of the Gold Coast, to your accommodation.
On one of the two evenings, you will receive a free dinner and show package at a quality Gold Coast venue.

He began in corporate business consulting when the share market crashed in 1987/88, providing corporate rescue services to
businesses facing bankruptcy after the market crashed. Of all the clients who contacted him, many facing dire circumstances
and situations, none failed and all recovered to either resume business, go on to greater business success, or to sell the

airport to you that has a direct connection to the Gold Coast.
The Gold Coast is famous for it's wonderful hotels
and motels and conference venues. It truly is the holiday and conference centre for Australia. The accommodation
venues range from basic accommodation, for backpackers and budget travellers, to the ultimate in luxury and style, right up
to 6 star resorts!
Your accommodation package is being negotiated right now, and when selected, the hotel logo
will be displayed here. By clicking on it, you will be taken to their premises where you can see the quality of accommodation
selected. As a frequent traveller and one who has lived out of a suitcase at various times, I know that quality is important

The entertainment venues of the Gold
Coast are world renowned. We will have chosen one for you by the time this competition is drawn, as we are negotiating
the dinner and show package for you now. You will have an evening show to attend, booked and paid for you at a quality

Broadbeach, where your holiday will be centred, is ideally
located in the centre of the Gold Coast. Your hotel will be only a short drive to any of the features that make the
Gold Coast famous. The famous sands of a Gold Coast beach close by, and other specific venues a short drive in
your hire car. For example:
Sanctuary Cove, Mount Tamborine, Theme Parks: Under 3/4 hour.
Brisbane:
Around an hour of freeway driving.
Sunshine Coast: Under 3 hours of freeway driving.
Tweed Heads and Northern
NSW Beaches: Half an hour.
