FEE STRUCTURE
Executive Mastermind Consulting
fees are quoted on application, in formats to suit the client and their specific situation.
Fees could be on a
daily or hourly rate for specific, tangible tasks, or performance based for programs where company profitability is the issue.
There are times and situations where the corporate structure and philosophy is no longer relevant, effective or practical
and they need an overhaul, to a lesser or greater degree. In these situations, a base fee may be quoted with a second
stage that is performance based.
In all cases, a proposal will be drafted outlining the strategies that will be
employed, a brief of the end result and outcome expected, and the fees and fee structure.
As with performance based
programs, guarantees can be offered in many cases where specific and tangible performance outcomes are required and achievable.
Where a number of strategies are required to achieve the outcomes, for example, corporate restructure, corporate training,
marketing strategy and sales training, each will be discussed separately in the proposal, and integrated as part of an overall
program aimed at the specified outcome. KPI's will be set to chart progress of each stage, and reporting built into
the program.
Initial consultations will enable a picture of the situation and desired outcome to be developed and
a brief to be written into a proposal. In some situations, the first part of the program will be a short consultancy
to fully identify the issues involved, prior to development of the suite of strategies to resolve the issues.
